Refund policy
We have a 14-day return and/or exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to initiate a return and/or exchange. Customer must pay for all shipping on all returns and/or exchanges plus a restocking fee of 20% of the total cost of the product/products before taxes.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged, broken or defective and in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt and proof of purchase. All in-store purchases must be returned to one of our physical locations as well as certain products purchased online. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. We will accept an exchange. The exchange is accepted under certain circumstances, for example certain third party vendors will not accept an exchange, and is determined on a case by case basis. We do not accept returns or exchanges for print on demand products or products from various third party vendors.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Also, any print on demand products and third party products are not returnable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, finale sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 30 business days have passed since we received your return, it was not accepted.
